The Por Larranaga: Prometidos Regional Edition France 2023 cigar is a robusto extra vitola that measures 5 1/2 inches long by 54 ring gauge and comes in boxes of 10 having a vitola with the factory name Duke which debuted in 2009 with the Romeo y Julieta Dukes, an Edición Limitada and has since been used for the Partagás Serie E. No.2 and a number of Edicion Regional releases.

This is the second time that the Por Larrañaga brand has been selected for a French Edición Regional; in 2015 the Por Larrañaga Opera was released, a 4 1/2 x 52 petit robusto, with the cigar getting a re-release in 2016. The Por Larranaga: Prometidos Regional Edition France 2023 is one of the five Por Larrañaga Ediciónes Regional that are part of the 2021 class.
